Susana also performed in and co-choreographed "The Latin Ambassadors", a group which performed Salsa with Tito Puente at Massey Hall in Toronto, and was contracted to dance Salsa, Folkloric Cumbia, Cha Cha and Merengue, for 3 consecutive years at Ontario Place. This group can claim as one of it's members for a short time before her departure, Josie Neglia, LA's "Princess of Salsa".
Susana's choreographing skills have also been lent to projects such as CBC TV's Zed Show, Toronto's Miss Sabor Latino Beauty Pageant, the 1999 Apparel BC Fashion Show and she choreographed actors Zuleikha Robinson and John Vargas for X-Files spin-off The Lone Gunman.
During 1994, Susana managed La Classique, a downtown Toronto Salsa nightclub,
adding to her already extensive promoting experience. Her 1996 move to Vancouver
marked the end of over 10 years of integral contribution to Toronto's Latin American
Arts Community. Susana quickly established herself as one of Vancouver's most
respected performers, teachers and promoters of Authentic Latin dance.
